Booking & Cancellation Policy

Change of Plans

• We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

• We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire time.

Weather Conditions Safety is our top priority. If we determine that the weather conditions on the day are unsafe for boating (e.g., high winds, poor visibility, thunderstorms), we will cancel the hire. In this event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date to reschedule.

Please note: If the weather is safe for boating but simply overcast or lightly drizzling, the booking will go ahead as planned and our standard cancellation terms apply.
